We have a combination of micro-greens in a mix that you can eat as a salad, put on sandwiches, use as garnish, add to smoothies or just eat raw. Micro-greens are small versions of plants that are packed with more nutrients than their adult counterparts and taste great. This weeks mix will have collards, kale, mustard, turnips, radish, sunflower and a little bit of peas. Each bowl contains at least 6 ounces of greens.
